Q. When should I place my cake order?
A. You must place your order at least 3 days in advance.
Q. Can it be made with other meats?
A. We currently offer both beef and chicken options.
Q. Can cats eat this cake?
A. Cats are known for being picky eaters, so it’s up to the owners if your cat can have our cakes. We have seperate Cats only cake available. The cat cake is made only with pure chicken excluding vegetables.
Q. How do I feed?
A. Our cakes have a lot of meat. It is okay to cut the cake in an appropriate amount and feed it in pieces. If you are concerned about the cream, please remove the cream and feed meats only. Too much cream may cause diarrhoea if your dog is sensitive to dairy products.
Q. Can I feed as a daily meal?
A. You can feed it as a topping along with your dogs main meal. I also recommend that you freeze in a small portions and refrigerate it before feeding.
Q. What's the storage period.
A. All cakes are made fresh the day before pickup and are delivered in a refrigerated state. After dividing according to the amount to be fed, only the amount to be fed within 3 days can be refrigerated, and the remaining amount can be frozen. Frozen cakes can be refrigerated and thawed the day before serving. It is best to eat cakes within a month.

The unique whole meat sheet made of meat and vegetables among dog cakes is the biggest feature of Bitchu, and I can confidently say that it excludes all other additives such as rice flour, kohlrabi crop, and agar, which are essential in the general cake making process.

It is a cake made for their special day. Although the cake has a lot of nutritions however amino acids and various vitamins are not met, so it is difficult to feed them as a daily meal. So please feed them as a special treat.
